In the ranking of the Houses, there exist the Ascendant Noble Houses. These few houses are the most powerful of the Noble Houses and comprise some of the most influential people across multiple planes of existence. Each of the Houses are spread thru a minimum of 4 planes of existence and have an average income equal to small countries at their disposal at any point in time.
Among the Houses there is no particular one that is always more powerful than the other when it comes to the Ascendant Houses. Instead, each one has influence in a series of ways thru the planes and is in a constant state of war with the other Houses.
Known Houses include DiAventi, Blackblade, Silverbane and several others.
